These terms cover your use of chimney-sweep.it.com and booking requests you send to Chimney Sweep It through it. By using the site, you agree to them.

Information on this site

Our published price is $149 for a chimney cleaning, with inspection included.

The images on this site are illustrative, generated images. They are not photographs of completed jobs or of your property.

Booking requests

• Sending the form is a booking request. It is not a confirmed appointment.
• We confirm the day and time window the same day, by text or phone.
• The confirmed appointment and the $149 price are our agreement for one chimney cleaning with inspection.
• We do not offer chimney repairs, relining or rebuilds.

Your responsibilities

• Give us an accurate address and phone number.
• Give us access to the fireplace, and to the roof where the job needs it.
• Only send us material you have the right to send.

Our liability

We use reasonable care in our work and in running this site. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or free of errors.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or any right you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
