About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website. They do not cover the work itself. Any work we carry out is governed by the written agreement we give you before the work starts.

The information on this site

We describe the services we offer and how our process works. Nothing on this site is a quotation, a price, or an offer to contract. We do not publish prices, because the number depends on what we find when we inspect the chimney.

Images

The illustrations on this site are 3D models. They are labelled as such wherever they appear. They show the type of work described, not a photograph of a job we completed.

Enquiries

Sending the booking form does not create a contract and does not book a slot on its own. We will contact you to arrange a time. The estimate that follows an inspection is given in writing, and that written figure is the one that applies.

Your responsibilities

Please give us accurate information about the property and safe access to it. Do not submit anything through the form that you do not have the right to send us.

Liability

We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
